1) Halk’a karşı içinizde daima sevgi ve nezaket duyguları besleyin, onlara bir canavar gibi davranmayın ve onları azarlayıp, sert davranmakla başarı kazanacağınız fikrine kapılmayın.
Develop in your heart the feeling of love for your people and let it be the source of kindliness and blessing to them. Do not behave with them like a tyrant. Do not ever hold the view that rebuking and mistreating them will bring you success.
